Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Belleair this upcoming weekend for an " IN PERSON " estate sale.
Georgeann Cummings, formerly from Marion, Ohio, is a retired teacher from Huron City School after 21 years. She has lived in Belleair at the Pelican Place Townhomes for over 25 years. She's now decided to move back to Ohio to be closer to her family. As a result, we will be liquidating the contents of her townhome this weekend. Everything will go including furniture, kitchenware, garage items, collectables, clothing JEWELRY, a baby baby grand piano, patio items, artwork, and much more.
