Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in Valrico this upcoming week for Part 1 of this estate sale.  Don and JoAnn Shea have lived in this Valrico home since 1987.  They formally owned Shea’s Pharmacy and Liquor Store in Tampa, a family business since 1927. JoAnn has sold the home and downsized.  We will be having 2 sales at this location.  We will be liquidating the entire contents of this home. This is an animal and smoke free home.
